Some New Weight Loss Programs

Hey everyone.  I think I’ve officially taken over WeightLossThoughts.com.  For today’s blog, I’m going to write about a controversial new weight loss program.  The plan is Dr. Suzanne’s Fat Loss Secret. This one is very interesting because she’s saying that the reason people get fat has to do with parasites in our bodies and intestines. She says there’s some big cover-up and she’s unmasking it all. Its a pretty controversial website. Basically, Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst’s Top Secret Fat Loss Secret helps you to cleanse yourself of these parasites in your body. This in turn is supposed to help you not only to lose a lot of weight fast, but also to improve your long term health. I haven’t tried it yet, but there certainly is a lot of buzz on the Internet going on about her website.

Weight Loss Blog

Last night I ate a big meal after hardly getting anything to eat the whole day. Hardly the way you want to do anything, but it was done. The first thing I did this morning was do a little cardio exercise even though I was and still am tired. When you’ve taken the first couple of big strides and lost 29 pounds, the last thing you want to do is steadily let yourself crawl back. With that thought in my mind, I did something I call running the step. At my house, there’s one step approximately 6 inches off the ground. What I did was run on and off of it for 36 minutes. It might be somewhat akin to running, but it’s probably only 2/5 the workout. Still, it got my blood moving and my body sweating which is what I wanted. This exercise isn’t going to help me lose any weight given the circumstances in which it came, but it will help keep some of that weight creeping up on me at bay.

When you’re trying to lose weight and you’re successful at taking clumps out of that weight, remember there is no letting up before achieving that goal. Even after reaching the goal, you need to transition your diet and exercise to that of being in shape. If you’re thinking, “this doesn’t ever end”, you’re right. Fitness is a forever thing. Get used to it. Get off your ass and do something.
